So I’m not totally sure why, but this week has been physically exhausting for me! I am definitely not used to working 5 am shifts per week, so I’m sure that has something to do with it.

Today our seven problems went as follows… problem 1 was the continuation of the single sector problems from yesterday – I ran the east flow combined problem, it went fairly well other than having too much compression with two planes on final. My instructor gave me some good feedback, so that felt pretty good.
Last Friday in labs we ran more problems (I think we are up to level 4 or 5 problems, they go up to 13). We haven’t done anything that’s been particularly butt-kicking yet, though I’ve ignored my fair share of VFRs during the problems, just because they always call you when you have something else to do (the problems are designed that way) and I don’t like getting behind.
The last couple days, we’ve been hitting the labs – 7 runs per day, in our usual little rotation. I don’t have much to comment about them, other than the general nature of them. Up til now, we’ve run split-sector (either North or South, but not both combined) with varying levels of complexity and business. At this point...
